this huge world surrounded by ocean, that you measured then because of your special relationship with it —

one who measured the worlds —

circum-ambulated by people in this expansive world —

one who performs creation of the universe (to let others take refuge of him and enjoy him) —

being the protector of all since he consumes everything and spits them out again (during the danger of pral̤ayam (deluge)) —
