The Āzhvār avers that those adoring the blissful conjunction of the Lord and the Divine Mother, are his spiritual mentors for generations, although they might be cruel sinners either fit to be condemned to the dastardly abyss, known as ‘Kumbhīpāka [kumbhīpākam]’, or even those actually drudging there.
