he [emperumān] is the controller for both the types of deeds, virtuous and sinful —

are indeed sinful! —

 ŏh what a big sin (by me) this may be (due to)! —

going on accumulating sins through faulty activities carried out knowingly and unknowingly —

puṇyam and pāpam which lead to desirable and undesirable results respectively —
