Adaindha Aruvinai – These are transgressions that have interposed themselves, not inherent to the nature of the ātmā. The ātmā, embodying supreme knowledge and bliss, remains immutable. These sins, having trailed the ātmā over extensive periods, might seem integrated with it. However, ātmās inherently repel such base entities; thus, these are termed vandhēṛi (interlopers).
