“I don’t want him to wander around Gokulam doing
naughty things and so the beautiful dark-haired women
there come and gossip about him.
He, the god beyond all thought is sweet to the eyes of all.
O, I have sent him to the forest behind the calves to graze them.
What a terrible thing I have done!”
