22. Vishnuchithan, wearing a shining sacred thread, composed hymns (pāsurams) that describe the birth of omnipresent Nārāyanan, Purushothaman of Thirukkottiyur, surrounded by flourishing paddy fields. Those who recite these pāsurams will be absolved of their sins.
