ṣrīrangam having rich water resources, —

 after saying that thiruvarangam that is rich in water resources is my place, ḥe went away, —

like an ocean and like the water from a stream —

being known famously as thirumalai, with abundant streams —

the head of the great country where the beautiful waters of the river gangā had earlier increased its flow abundantly —

 stopping the water —

 the noble, great wealth which is acquired by the abundance of water —

water, flowers etc —

 having abundance of water —

and, as said in vār punal am thaṇ aruvi [thiruvāimozhi 3.5.8] (having beautiful cool water falls), long water falls —

 it went all the way to āvaraṇa jalam (water surrounding the aṇdam (oval shaped world)), —

 water where waves are hitting each other —

 into the pond which is filled with beautiful water —

pool of blood —

flood of blood —

in the ocean [water] of deluge —

 surrounded by water —

 in thiruvāli which has abundance of water —

 in thiruvāli which has abundant water —

 and being very easy to approach like the water that everyone could fetch and drink, —
