Simple Translation

983. Once, to win Nappinnai, the lady with a slender waist and fish-like eyes, He tamed seven fierce bulls in one bold act, frightening all who watched. My Lord, who is cloud-dark in form, now lives in Badarikāśramam, on the banks of the sacred Ganga, who splits the mountains and brings even elephants in her wild course because of Bhagiratha’s penance.
