in activities related to servitude [towards him] —

one who has great valour which can destroy enemies —

not considering as goal —

it is as lowly and as temporary (as this) —

not being the prakāra (mode/form) —

in his matters —

 to destroy the strength —

many clusters of my sins which have been accumulated which cannot be forgiven by anyone, —

in my matter (to be carried out) —

my weakness —

the nature of thirukkŏttiyūr perumān —

those who could not ascertain that nārāyaṇa, who has pirātti aptly fitting, is the supreme being —

 ŏh you who can shoot arrow to uproot the marāmaram! —

 for nappinnaip pirātti who resembles a young creeper —

this girl who is having these amaśing emotions —

to put her in sorrow —

in her case (where she is bewildered in separation) —

towards her (who is suffering due to lying on the ground, while you are comfortably resting on the mattress) —

please open the door; —
