In the preceding pāsuram, the esteemed Tiruvaraṅgattu Amudhanār declared, ‘madhiyiliyēn thēṟumpaḍi en manam puguṅdān’ ("He graciously entered the mind of this ignorant one, so that I may be enlightened"). Building upon this profound experience, in the present verse, he meditates upon the supreme compassion of Emperumānār.
