for all those who performed prapaththi (surrender) unto his divine feet —

for those who surrendered unto his divine feet —

will attain those divine, lotus-like feet —

emperumān who has a cool, swaying thul̤asi garland, such emperumān’s —

(is this) because of the tiredness after measuring the worlds? —

not anything other than the divine feet of srī thoṇdaradippodi āzhvār who is in the state of having nobody better than him in subservience; {māmunigal̤ has included a srī here to show the wealth of āzhvār that is kainkaryam} —

towards those divine feet that are the most relished, —

the divine feet of sarvĕṣvaran who is easily approachable —

at the lotus feet of him (who is the ultimate goal) —

divine feet alone are our refuge —

will ī forget and ignore the divine feet of emperumān who (protects and) prevents diseases and deeds which come about on account of physical form? —

at divine feet, with the knowledge of them being both the means and the goal —
