sarvĕṣvaran (supreme being) who has been having affection towards me for a long time —

on the earth, which is there for a very long time —

is only to praise the divine names of that long-standing sarvĕṣvara (supreme being) —

since time immemorial, having lost out in bhagavath vishayam (matter relating to emperumān), ŏh my heart! —

for nithyasūris who have been present from time immemorial —

those who dismiss or misinterpret vĕdhas who debate with very old arguments —

 of eternal past —

ancient —

for a very long time —

being ancient —

being anādhi (beginningless) —

eternally distinguished —

distinguished —

the eternal (emperumān) —

eternal —

which is eternal —

those who were there in ancient times —
