 paleness spreading in my whole body —

 the disease which is present in my body —

the disease which happened to me —

will ī forget and ignore the divine feet of emperumān who (protects and) prevents diseases and deeds which come about on account of physical form? —

this disease which is different [from other diseases] in this world —

caused by her disease —

the one who had caused (this) disease for your daughter —

emperumān who gets rid of even the scent of these deeds which spring up like off-shoots —

ills of the body —

all sorrows (such as avidhyā (ignorance), karma (actions), vāsanā (impressions), ruchi (taste), prakruthi sambandham (bondage)) —

to cure the disease of sorrow of separation from emperumān —

mental anguish —

desire to enjoy —

 the disease of samsāram (cycle of birth/death) —
