thrivikrama’s puffed up divine shoulders which blew to smithereens the eight directions (when he measured the worlds) —

to permeate all eight directions —

pervading all 8 directions —

to the people of eight directions (everywhere) —

ī affirmed in my heart —

what do you propose to do? —
