மனமே! கருடவாகனனைத் தொழுவோம்

Simple Translation

2288. O heart, come, let us worship the feet of the lord who measured the world surrounded with dark ocean. He rides on Garudā and flies around the groves. He is hard for anyone to understand by themselves and he is inapproachable for all.

Avathārikai (Introduction)

Having been utterly vanquished by the incomparable and transcendent beauty of Emperumān, the Āzhvār turns to his own divine mind, lovingly imploring it to join him in the supreme pursuit. "Come," he beckons, "let us together perform eternal, selfless service (kainkaryam) at His sacred feet and thereby find our true and everlasting sustenance."
