being the cause for all entities which are controlled by time, to acquire me —

one who did long ago; —

for a very long time —

until eternity (forever) —

in a long span of time —

many kalpa (day of brahmā) —

at all times —

eyes will instruct to worship emperumān who does not see the time of eons —

all yuga cycles —

for innumerable periods [ūzhi is the time of deluge] —

time which remains when the world is destroyed [during deluge] —

emperumān who is the root cause of time and everything, —

 time etc —

he was everything in the earlier period of creation —

 other than being in each kalpam and praise ḥim (like this), —

being stable for four yugas (several eons) —

as a kalpam (life time of brahmā), apart from transforming —

like a kalpa (a night of brahmā) —

being the creator of all entities starting with time —

forever —
