 being antharyāmi for the moon and the sun, —

sowing new seeds [on those lands] —

ṣiva who has chandhra (moon) on his matted hair —

what great strength —

 even for a moment (for non-devotees) —

even for a moment —

even to a small extent [almost śero probability] —
