engaged in blocking —

those, befitting their greatness, having devotion towards, —

(only at the time when the dhĕvathā [other than ṣrīman nārāyaṇan] that you had surrendered to is in) difficult times —

pervading in all directions —

the sorrows that we experienced (in this samsāram) are like these. —

whatever happened to me (ī will tell you; listen) —

this is a great sort that ī have got —

which can destruct at the level of bone, not just at the level of skin, as said in aiyār kaṇdam adaikkilum nin kazhal eyyādhu ĕththa [thiruvāimozhi – 2.9.3] (even if my throat becomes speechless, bless me to be tireless to praise your divine feet ), —

to my relatives —

 ī became worried; —

doing apt deeds; —

she is affected with —

having shrinkages (due to the union with anirudhdha) —

and got —

ready to battle —

the way in which these āthmās would live/be saved, cultivating as per those ways, —

as their(his) relation, only the ones who —

they are there who are dedicated to (emperumānār). —
