In the preceding pāśuram, as Tiruvaraṅgattu Amudanār lovingly instructed his own mind, he found it becoming completely absorbed in the sublime quality of Emperumāṉār's gracious nature—his willingness to interact even with lowly souls such as adiyēn. As his mind began to joyfully immerse itself in the divine feet of Śrī Rāmānuja, Amudanār
