one having a waist draped with a beautiful sari, having beautiful legs, having deep reddish mouth —

for all those abodes (pramāṇams/ṣāsthram/scriptures) —

such people are considered to have attained the other two purushārthams of dharmam (righteousness) and arththam (wealth) —

 having shining clothes —

compiled the words from sāsthram like setting the stones of gems (in an ornament) —

adorned with —

ṣasthrams (vĕdhas, ithihāsams etc)[all sacred texts] —

vĕdhams —

decorated by beautiful garments —

by all the sāsthras —

divined prabandhams that are in the form of ṣāsthram, —

those skilled in arts —

eyes of a deer —

 having deer as vehicle —

 by the garment —

 learnt the other ṣāsthrams —

vidhyāsthānams (fields of knowledge) —

 ṣāsthrams —

 (their) good ancillary subjects —

 the second half of vĕdham (i.e. vĕdhāntham) and brahma sūthram —
