desiring the war which carries respect —

and stay there for ever (nithya vāsam); —

 desired for (to give) kingdom —

if you desire to get rid of them —

white conch —

from where the conch that is white —

your highness should give —

whatever we prayed for —

(for us who have no other refuge) is there anything to be done? —

you should not think that this is appropriate for you —

need not analyse; —

is it required to sow the seed (of making one’s own efforts to attain emperumān)? [ṇo, it is not required] —

behold, ī am beseeching —

the benefit that one desires —
