one who has such protection [of everyone] as his routine —

ī not being stable in anything, and being transient in everything with —

roaming, and tottering —

they get involved in other matters and languish, —

roaming —

to follow you as said in -yĕna yĕna dhāthā gachchathi #(wherever the master goes) —

resembling collection of wooden bars —

being agitated needlessly —

agitate (not being satisfied with what was acquired and will make one long for more of the same kind) —

roaming —

conducting these, having as routine —

 roaming around —

being tormented. —

travel along —

 being those who suffer —

roaming around (along with the mortals there) —

me who is suffering (in garbha (womb), naraka (hell) etc) —

should ī suffer with no interaction with you as desired? —

ŏh those who are toiling! —

you, who are roaming —
