ī am desirous of going to thiruvĕngadam and having your dharṣan there —

 reaching the sky —

 reaching up to the wall of the oval shaped universe —

the deities in these directions —

all organs —

(such emperumānār is) my great companion. —

 the disease which is present in my body —

the disease which happened to me —

the two deeds of vice and virtue, which are like a disease, fully united (with āthmā) —

that is, the kali (yugam), which is staying put dominating, —

it is very apt, see for yourself. —

is very apt for us, see for yourself —

is apt, see for yourself. —

will it desire to eat anything? —

let them shine with more and more of physical beauty —

sound from the neck of the calves following their mother cows —

ī, who was like a mad person —

 acquired —

with great effort —
