lotus plants grow —

 the lotus which is continuously blossoming —

kākkanaam flowers! —

born from the lotus navel —

that is eternal —

(as said in -sahasrāksha:-) having thousand eyes which appear like matching flowers —

being lotus-eyed (which reveals this greatness) —

 the way in which the garland (was mercifully worn) —

and the blossomed eyes —

 periya pirātti (ṣrī mahālakshmi) who is having reddish lotus flower as her birth place —

for the flower-like —

flowers fall —

the lotus-flower —

He lies with his eyes —

from their flower-like eyes —

for the thiruththuzhāy (thul̤asi) garland —

flower garland —

only for the divine garland of thul̤asi (worn by sarvĕṣvaran) —
