 the lotus which is continuously blossoming —

lotus plants grow —

being lotus-eyed (which reveals this greatness) —

 the way in which the garland (was mercifully worn) —

and the blossomed eyes —

 periya pirātti (ṣrī mahālakshmi) who is having reddish lotus flower as her birth place —

goddess Lakshmi —

with hair adorned by —

for the flower-like —

like blossoming flowers —

flowers fall —

the lotus-flower —

He lies with his eyes —

from their flower-like eyes —

for the thiruththuzhāy (thul̤asi) garland —
