 being as if all the three are equal —

 being brahmā, vishṇu and rudhra —

ās said in nārāyaṇa sūktham -sa brahmā sa ṣivassĕndhra:- (he [bhagavān] is brahmā, he is ṣiva, he is indhra), bhagavān who is the ṣarīrī (āthmā) of brahmā, rudhra and indhra, [yet] they are seen as himself —

standing as one among the three mūrthi (forms) —

having the three forms of brahmā, vishṇu and ṣiva —

in the trio of primary deities namely brahmā et al —

 ḥaving the forms of brahmā, vishṇu and rudhra —

the three (brahmā, rudhra, indhra) —

three —

of Brahman, Rudra, and Indra, the three —

three (causal) individuals —

brahma, rudhra et al —

 among brahmā, vishṇu and rudhra —

(for those) three personalities —

 being the antharyāmi of brahmā and rudhra who perform creation and annihilation, and incarnating as vishṇu who sustains —
