residing in the salt pan inside the garden on the seashore, to be considered as ours, to be engaged in your service —

as our thirumāl (emperumān) who has taken permanent residence in the corridor [of mrigaṇdu maharishi’s hermitage] at thirukkŏvalūr —

only the corridor (space between the entrance and the inner portion) —

 salt-pan which is having thāzhai [wild plant found on sea shores] —

the deep desire to worship emperumān —

one who has lot of anger —

very much —

in the salt pan —

having the elimination —

eternally enjoying by seeing —

you are wasting your time! —

wasting —

being present in all times (future, present and past) —

stick which is carried by cowherd boys —

spend —

give up (your attachment) —

after spending —

 wasted —

who passed away —
