ŏh one who is having the divine chakra which is of the nature of destroying their [devotees-] enemies! —

ḥaving the power of defeating the enemies —

 invincible (by anyone) —

 set to battle —

 strong —

 strength —

 battle ready —

 having strength —

 battle-ready thiruvāzhi (divine chakra) —

 set out to fight —

emperumān having he complexion of waves which are close together —

breaking the tusk of the warring elephant kuvalayāpīdam —

the one who has the belligerent divine disc on his hands —

being war-ready (towards the enemies of the devotees) —

in the mahābhāratha war —

very strong —

being in combat (with enemies) —

strong —

battle-ready —

for battle (as said in periya thiruvanthādhi 87 -kaikazhalā nĕmiyān nam mĕl vinai kadivān- (one who has the sudharṣana chakra in his hands to eliminate our sins), having it for destruction of the enemies of the devotees) —
