The Āzhvār bitterly complains that:
(i) The Lord, who had weaned him away from the mischief of the senses and cured him of all his sins, has now exposed him to the serious risk of slipping back to his old ways;
(ii) The Lord has bewildered the Āzhvār who was looking upon His feet as the Sole Refuge, by bringing him once again under the cruel spell of the five senses
In this fourth pāśuram of the chapter, our revered Āzhvār continues his impassioned plea to Sriman Nārāyaṇa. He presents a profound lament, accusing the Lord—He who is renowned for accomplishing the most impossible of tasks—of actively bewildering his mind. Āzhvār declares that Emperumān is manifesting the potent allure of the five senses and their corresponding worldly
