chains (worn by the celestial damsel) make sounds —

lamenting in night and day —

those who are not dispirited after hearing the great sound of the bell (tied to that bull’s neck) —

 spreading into the fields —

even though they came behind (ṣrī rāma) crying (telling him not to go to the forest) —

 (sarvĕṣvaran-s) senses such as eyes —

 all the senses —

that are the senses —

visible —

on the earth —

attractive —

weeping (due to the sounds of birds) —

call out with desire —

cried out —

to make sound —

wailing —

reciting in a disorderly manner —

 calling out —

 when it makes noise —

(woke up and) made cheerful sounds —
