despite that, my mental illness has not been cured. —

instead of having doubts as to whether that is good or this is bad —

 standing amidst five fires —

the nose of cruel demon sūrpaṇakā —

 you should mercifully eliminate. —

for the sweet sound of the flute which reveals the beautiful sight at that time —

those virtuous and lowly actions/aspects —

it is the sarvĕṣvaran (supreme being) himself who is existing as the body composed of the five elements —

(the fortune teller) ended her narration saying that only he caused such incurable disease. —

all karmas (which are the root for such disease) will be eliminated; —

my distress [bewilderment] too has not been cured. —

what a surprise that it is totally involved with ṣrī dhĕvi! —

should ī say fire (that removes coolness)? —

reformed my evil mind (which was focussed on worldly pleasures) —

[which you] threw to destroy another demon who had taken the form of a wood apple —

in the path to naragam (hell) —

 will be free from evil aspects. —

without faults —

without any bad —

isn’t thinking of emperumān bad? —
