having the sweetness of saptha svaram (the seven musical notes) —

rasa (taste), rūpa (form), sparṣa (touch), ṣabdha (sound) and gandha (smell) —

 matching the taste (of the devotees) —

 having taste —

 being enjoyable like the taste —

both sweet sound and meaning —

pleasure giving —

pretending to be doing favour for him, but will suck out completely; —

completely sucked out —

consumed ([the milk] along with the vital air) —
