 ḥe is being the matter of (parama)āthmā which does not have ignorance, weakness, the six changes of body, or birth, —

for our disease (of samsāram) —

securing well —

 hurdles —

being trapped by diseases [in each of the states mentioned above] —

diseases (which come along with the old age) —

disease —

previous sorrows —

bound by the string —

the sorrows of samsāra —

(caused by such birth) sorrows, —

sorrow; —
