 dhuryŏdhana et al who are one hundred in numbers —

divine abode —

the holy place of thirumalai [thiruvĕngadam] —

in the pious place of thirumalai —

vibhūthi (materialistic realm) —

filling it up [stomach] with everything as if it were a huge town —

charama ṣlŏkam which is the age-old means —

fearful of periya thiruvadi (garuda) , who has been enemy from the beginning. —

being the distinguished abode —

archāvathara sthalams (many dhivya dhĕṣams / divine abodes) —

ĕkādhasa (11) rudhras —

the 11 rudhras —

 embossed —

complete —

kept pressed together (in me), —

in their respective abode —

remain as distinguished abodes —
