that produces the bliss —

pleasure —

even if the immeasurable blissful kaivalya mŏksham (a state in which āthmā enjoys itself) occurs —

stay with unsurpassed happiness —

even if they are sweet —

to relish —

will become joyful; —

 become joyful; (again) —

causing enjoyment —

(they would) be joyous. —

are staying fully happy; —

hearing it and feeling joyful —

being very blissful —
