these thousand pāsurams which are mercifully spoken in anthādhi form —

incoherenty reciting a (new) sahasranāma which reflects his innumerable (curel) qualities —

 as mercifully desired by the divine heart of sarvĕṣvaran to flow in thousand tributaries —

and thousands of springs —

she [fortune teller] said that only emperumān, who has a thousand divine names [caused this disease] —

 danced, revealing his thousand divine shoulders —

kāl̤iyan, having thousand hoods and having a cruel nature like yama (the deity of righteousness) —
