Simple Translation

2779. He has the form of a man-lion in Thirukkottiyur, a flood of sweet nectar and the god of Thirumeyyam, the good Andanan of Thiruvindalur, the man-lion of Thiruvelukkai in Thirukkachi surrounded with strong forts. He is the young god of Thiruppādagam, (69)
