for those who surrender unto him seeking other benefits —

 in all of the surroundings —

(if you see) l̤ord's devotees, who do not worship other deities —

anything external —

other —

pervading outside as the support —

in worldly pleasures which is outside (of you) —

to stay away, by being engaged in worldly pleasures (facing away from him) —

 permeating the śone of stars (above) —

as outside wall —

this body which is like the outer wall —

outside —

jumping from one thing to another in worldly pleasures —

outside, just in the mouth [without heart-s intent] —

samsāram which is external to you and is filled with superficial pleasures —
