நாரணன் பக்தர்க்கு யமபயம் இல்லை

2449 திறம்பேன்மின்கண்டீர் திருவடிதன்நாமம் *
மறந்தும்புறந்தொழாமாந்தர் * - இறைஞ்சியும்
சாதுவராய்ப் போதுமின்களென்றான் * நமனும்தன்
தூதுவரைக்கூவிச்செவிக்கு.

Simple Translation

2449. Yama calls his messengers and tells them, “Listen to what I say. There are people who do not worship the divine feet of our god ever. Even if they bow to you as if they were saintly people, do not go away from them. ”

நமனும் தன் — யமனும் தன்; தூதுவரை — சேவகர்களை; கூவி — கூவி அழைத்து; செவிக்கு — அவர்கள் காதில்; திருவடி தன் — எம்பெருமானின்; நாமம் — திருநாமத்தை; மறந்தும் — மறந்திருந்தாலும்; புறம் — மற்ற தெய்வங்களை; தொழா — தொழாத; மாந்தர் — பகவத் பக்தர்களை கண்டால்; இறைஞ்சியும் — வணங்கி அவர்களை; சாதுவராய் — கொடுமை செய்யாமல்; போதுமின்கள் என்றான் — விட்டுவிடுங்கள்; திறம் — நான் இட்ட ஆணையை; பேன்மின் கண்டீர் — மீறாதீர்கள்
