he is famously called as the lord of all dhĕvas (celestial entities) —

 sarvĕṣvaran —

and who is the head of nithya-sūris —

shining due to that —

being the (desirable) refuge —

ŏh one who is having this radiance of easy approachability! —

 ŏh you who are shining due to your simplicity! —

in the war between celestial and demonic entities —

the enmity caused due to the differentiation of dhĕvas (saintly people) and asuras (demoniac people) —
