in the matter of the beautiful divine feet which measured the outer worlds as well as earth, desirously —

for those who desirously surrender unto him, having him as the goal —

standing with lot of affection —

one who mercifully rests, manifesting his desire to be united with his devotees —

seeing that —

with great attachment —

(in these two worlds) desirously —

with great affection —

showed attachment —

mercifully spoken with (such) desire —

residing joyfully —
