places such as svarga (heaven) etc —

 leelā vibhūthi (samsāram) which has the earth —

and this earth —

people living in country-side —

the country side (which has more illiterate people) —

all of the world —

enjoying eternally —

the country (which encompasses the town) —

the region (which is along that town) —

 paramapadham which is located in the supreme sky —

and, the divine place that is ṣrī vaikuṇtam, —
