ḥaving used to involve in matters of my senses for time eternal, as said in rāmānujārya vishayeekrutha mapyahŏmām . bhūya: pradharshayathi vaishayikŏ vimŏha: [ṣrī vaikuṇta sthavam – 99] (even after being taken up by emperumānār, the illusion of pleasure to senses surrounds and takes me over), even after your highness has accepted me in, due to the strength of bad scent (of earlier deeds), ī am still having abundant interest in unfavorable matters – your highness seeing me of such state, —

looking at your dwelling in paramapadham (ṣrīvaikuṇtam) —

waiting, begging for wealth —

and seeing such bad ways (of me), —

knowing the thoughts (in emperumān’s divine mind) —

my basic nature of seeking out your divine feet —

thinking this way —

one who goes searching “will ī get anyone who will be under my control?” —

knowing (this), analyse —
