one who reclines on ādhiṣĕshan who has beautiful carbuncles and sweetly identified hoods —

 on the southern banks of maṇṇi river —

just like a forest of golden lotus blooming on top of a bluish gem coloured mountain (and shining) —

in this earth (which is contrary to enjoying bhagavān-s qualities) —

on this earth (which does not have anyone qualified to enjoy such aspect) —

in this earth —

or being in this world (as incarnations and archā vigrahams) —

 in this world —

 on the sand dunes —
