it is the sarvĕṣvaran (supreme being) himself who is existing as the body composed of the five elements —

being the antharāthmā of the whole universe which is highlighted by the pancha bhūthams (the five elements), having the whole universe as prakāra (attribute) —

 Being the five great elements – earth, water, fire, air and ether —

reaching the beautiful land of indhra, who has a thousand eyes —

the swargalŏka (heaven) belonging to the thousand eyed indhra —

vowing to bestow me paramapadham —

being the controller of ṣrīvaikuṇtam —
