Simple Translation

To those who walk the path of devotion, the gentle feet of the cloud-hued Tāmōtaraṉ, with eyes like red lotus petals, and who embodies the five elements, are easily accessible. He wields the discus, and His grandeur is sung eternally by the Nithyasuris in SriVaikuntam.

Explanatory Notes
