feeling that this is auspicious time (suitable to sing thiruppallāṇdu) —

 to the one who rules over —

countless time (in future) —

will remain in bliss thinking of the virtues of the Lord of Srirangam —

 (incarnating as ṣrī rāman), ruling the word for a very long time, —

mercifully returning to ṣrī ayŏdhyā, ruling over the kingdom as the crowned emperor for eleven thousand years —

ruling as per their desire for bhagavān and in nithya vibhūthi (spiritual realm) with knowledge in enjoying bhagavān —

as a year —

governing —

engaging us in their service —

ruled —

 ruling over with a sceptre (further) —
