the group of jeevāthmās (and non-sentient) which are different (from such brahmam) —

 different types of āthmās —

all the āthmās (souls) —

our body, vital air etc are to be given up by us —

having both ṣarīram (physical body) and āthmā (soul) —

five types of prāṇa (namely prāṇa, apāna, vyāna, udhāna, samāna which facilitate actions) —

self [āthmā] —

the creatures which are present in those worlds —

all the creatures —

āthmā (of avaishṇavas (those who are not followers of vishṇu, emperumān)) —

other species (such as manushya (human) etc) —

and the soul which is pervading (in the body) —

being the singular soul —

 life —
