sali – is – removable from its place; saliyā cruel karmas that are difficult to uproot, which is the cause of worldly existence; —

the cruelty of samsāram (materialistic realm) is like this, do observe. —

in the middle of samsāra sāgaram (ocean of nescience) —

 human birth —

 the disease of samsāram (cycle of birth/death) —

 to take many births —

many different forms (such as dhĕva, manushya etc) —

we are blessed (have good karmā) to have you born; —

in the form of this bondage in material realm —

(being the cause for that) connection with birth [in material realm] —

taking birth (even if it is taken for the pleasure of bhagavān and bhāgavathas as said in thiruvāimozhi 8.10.5 -izhipattŏdum udalinil piṛandhu than sīr yān kaṝu-) —
