Simple Translation
496. The girls coming to wake up the god say,
"You are like a lion that has slept in a mountain cave in the
rainy season, and opens its fiery eyes and roars, its mane
hanging low.
The One, colored as dark as a kāyām flower, wake up!
Do come out of your beautiful temple and sit on your majestic
throne. We beseech You to know the purpose of our visit and
give us your grace, and help us.
We are going to worship our Pāvai.
