Simple Translation

2156. If devotees worship him they will not experience the results of their karmā and any troubles that come to them will go away. If devotees meditate on him, they will not become old and if they worship his feet, they will find good paths in their lives.

உன்னை உன்ன — உன்னை நினைத்தால்; காப்பு க் கழியும் — காவல் தேவதைகள் நீங்கும்; உன்னை உன்ன — உன்னை நினைத்தால்; அரு வினைகள் — கொடிய வினைகளும்; ஆப்பு அவிழ்ந்தொழியும் — கருமங்களின் பந்தமும் விடுபடும்; உன்னைச் சிந்திப்பார்க்கு — உன்னைச் சிந்திப்பார்க்கு; மூப்பு இல்லை — கிழத்தனம் போன்ற ஆறு விகாரங்கள் இல்லை (ஆறு விகாரங்கள்: இருத்தல் பிறத்தல் மாறுதலடைதல் வளருதல் மூப்பு மரணம்); திருமாலே! நின் அடியை — திருமாலே! உன் திருவடிகளை; வந்திப்பார் — வணங்குபவர்; காண்பர் வழி — அர்ச்சிராதி மார்க்கத்தைக் காண்பார்கள்.

unnai unna — when you are thought of; kāppu — the deities who serve as guards; kazhiyum — will get disengaged; aru vinaigal̤ — terrible deeds; unnai unna — once you are thought of; āppu avzhindhu ozhiyum — will get annihilated, after getting liberated; unnaich chindhippārkku — for those who meditate on you; mūppu illai — the six changes, including aging, are not present; thirumālĕ — ¬† ŏh, my benefactor and the consort of ṣrī mahālakshmi; nin adiyai — your divine feet; vandhippār — those who worship; vazhi kāṇbar — will see the archirādhi mārga (the path leading to ṣrīvaikuṇtam)

Kāppu unnai unnak kāzhiyum – There are 14 devatās (deities) who have been appointed by Emperumān to oversee the activities of jīvātmās (sentient entities). As stated in the sacred texts, "Āditya candra vānila anila ca dyauḥ bhūmir āpaḥ hṛdayam yama ca rātri ubhe ca sandhye dharma ca jānāti narasya vṛttam" – the fourteen deities are:
